Warm, grounded therapy for the moments when life asks more than you planned for.

I'm a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and educator who uses a humanistic, strength-based approach to support clients through challenging life transitions and mental health concerns. I honor the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — and welcome clients who draw meaning from earth-based spiritualities, nature-centered practices, or non-traditional spiritual paths. I bring experience from crisis settings, behavioral health, and higher education, and I bring my full self into every session.

At a Glance

A humanistic, strength-based approach

Life doesn't always go according to plan. Sometimes the transitions are chosen — a career change, a move, a relationship shift. Sometimes they're not. Either way, navigating them takes more than grit. It takes support from someone who sees your strengths even when you've lost sight of them.

I work from a warm, humanistic framework. That means I believe in your capacity to grow and change, and I meet you where you are — not where you think you should be. We build on what's already working in your life while addressing what's not.

I also welcome the spiritual dimension of healing. Many of my clients find meaning through earth-based spiritualities, seasonal rhythms, nature-centered practices, or spiritual traditions outside the mainstream. If that's part of how you make sense of the world, it has a place in our work together.

Clinical supervision

I also supervise LLMSW therapists working toward full licensure. If you're a new clinician looking for supervision that's supportive, rigorous, and grounded in real clinical experience — including crisis work and behavioral health — I'd be glad to talk with you about working together.
